I love hosting but some days it can be so frustrating.

Just frustrated with how difficult it is for people to adopt intelligence and common sense, backed by data and evidence, yet it is effortless for people to religiously embrace absolute NONSENSE.

My contact has been non-communicative and I'm wondering if he's experiencing cash flow issues and just trying to bide his time, or if there's a deeper issue and he's on the verge of bankruptcy.Any advice you can provide for this situation would be GREATLY appreciated.That's frustrating and im sorry you're going through this right now.

Elizabeth, I can understand your frustration with the low appraisal and the credit union's unwillingness to reconsider.

I can see how this would be frustrating, especially not having your own eyes on it.

Dealing with unreasonable reviews, especially when you’ve done your best, can be frustrating.

I feel your frustration.

It may be frustrating but check your state and local landlord tenant laws regarding this because it could be an expensive lesson for you if they’ve followed required procedures.

It’s tough, but being transparent from the start can save a lot of frustration down the line.
