I may be too eager or just highly motivated, but after hearing/reading both of these pieces of advice from any type of esteemed investor(s), I can't help but think that this might be one of those properties worth going after.I do appreciate the alternative strategy advice of tearing the building down, if numbers fall better that direction.

I think that is something you should set as a goal and work on...to create higher self esteem and faith in your abilities.

From the famous words of one of the most esteemed investors in history, Warren Buffett, to be a successful investor, “simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.”

It eventually destroys the capacity of the giver to continue giving, and it eventually destroys the self-esteem and work ethic of the receiver. 

Most people have a low self esteem and lack The boldness to pull the trigger so they pay big money to have someone hold their hand for them .

Unfortunately for me and my personality type, I needed a more "hand-held" approach since the myriad of concepts covered within the program from approaching sellers through the various marketing methods to doing walkthroughs to putting together contracts, coupled with my fear (and again, inexperience) of talking to people and lack of self esteem, was more than I could do on my own and I inevitably lost motivation due to analysis paralysis and am no longer a direct student.
