I find comments by individuals saying that Dodd-Frank is an attack on freedoms, property rights and free enterprise put in place by the consumer advocates, they just aren't looking under the rug and seeing how this further benefits those who believe corporations and money should control the world.

The problem I see you having where the enterprise is buy-and-hold is being able to refinance (75% of appraised value) 12-months down the road and make your lender whole.
