The abundant waters offer some of the best fishing in the area.

Now we have a small Cabo fishing and golfing community.

I worked with an agent down in FL a few years ago who was very much into fishing.

However, if money is the most important metric, I look at the bedding (and other amenities) as a net you use to catch fish.
