So with companies like FedEx having the largest air cargo hub in the world and other companies like Nike and Amazon having major distribution centers a lot of companies here were hiring throughout the pandemic.

So for example if I find myself constantly buying Nike or apple products or BP gas then I'm going to buy portions of that company.

Nike well we know Phil Knight is not leaving..  

its nothing different than sports stars getting sponsor like Nike.. those guys sign 20 mil contracts annually.. its the business real estate is just another avenue. 

The University of Oregon has committed hundreds of millions to the future and the 'downtown' has seen recently improvements and investment by national hotels and a new Nike store. 

So setting up a fifth replica is not the right answer.

Also, one of his favorite shoes are a pair of nikes I threw out 13 years ago in high school.

Specifically, a friend is developing a 50-unit townhome apt community.  5 buildings, 10-units each all replicas in Central WA. 

Be like Nike and just do it !
