Because the shortages are what empower the inflation to be enduring and shift from a inflationary event into a re-pricing one. 

Down the road I also hope to start a nonprofit that offers women domestic violence victims, who might not otherwise qualify (like me), flexible rentals in single family or small multi-family homes in decent areas, as well as education in real estate investing, paths to ownership of these (or other) homes, and the ability/knowledge to start building personal wealth.

Because myself, along with about 2,500 other men and women I work alongside (in a blue collar industry) tend to all have an hour plus commute into work.

But I'll hopefully empower you with this thought: using a Realtor is NOT necessarily an either/or situation - to use a Realtor for an MLS property or not use one at all.

Ask yourself, who is going to take this women and give her what she wants?

If you want to discriminate on one of the subsets - pregnant women, or veterans - I wouldn't tell anyone either.
