When you approach people to spin your deal, how you carry yourself can make or break your deal, these people don't know you!

My guess is trying to use Zillow and Trulia will have you spinning your wheels more than it will help.

I have been thinking about this exact thing for a bit now for the same reason, my mind is spinning looking around for all the tools I will need at a property!

That is what it looks like to me, so you can imagine how the sellers agent is going to spin this.At this point, you are really just wasting your time.

I won't say here how I found out if the properties were vacant, as Dunlap might use the information to spin an excuse as to why his system is accurate, when it clearly is not. 

I give a lot of time and effort for things that I have an expertise in but this seems like something you will just spin your wheels on and waste time and take away from yourself, your business and your familyAgain I am not saying you shouldn’t help others, but in this instance if I didn’t know or didn’t have a connection I would just say sorry.

It only causes stress and spins your time.
