Copper pipe is very expensive , especially when you get over 3/4 inch , boilers are heave , removing the old and installing  the new .

many lenders have tightened their LTVs, particularly for less experienced borrowers. now, we're starting to see trends that are inching back toward generous leverage and flexible underwriting standards. that said, I agree with some of the comments made here about the larger (current) risks of a 'bust' being related to trade wars and the resulting market uncertainty

In recent weeks the frenzy has started to slow and prices seem to be settling down and my guess is they start to inch closer to pre-fire levels.A lot of my investors started asking me after the fire if we were going to raise a fund to get involved in the fire rebuild.

I'd go over there with my table saw and a stud finder and my bucket of 3-inch deck screws and a length of 1 in. steel pipe and fix the problem.

A and B are also good but I'd put A as a close 2nd and depending on other factors could inch into 1st place depending on what they said their long term plans are.
