I get your thinking in that it is another connected service you could provide to boost revenue, but my mind spins a little when I start thinking about covering potential liabilities.One last item I would consider is client perception if you don't own the properties. 

Go directly to the listing agent, spin the best story possible ( experienced investor/buyer, lots of cash and so on), and do the deal.

As you grow it becomes increasingly difficult to keep all the plates spinning.  

That's something I've come across as well and the closest I've found is 123landlord though I need to give it a full spin to really know. 

i have to agree that it's a major headache for most people. i keep track of everything down the last cent and i hate when there rules and regulations that make my head spin. my eyes just roll in the back of my head when i start to listen (forced to) legal BS. why can't it be simple?

I happened to stumble across the Bigger Pockets episode where they interviewed the asset protection lawyer, and it got my mind spinning. 

I wish it didn't have to work this way, but I would rather make it happen than spin my wheels over-paying for property.
