The primary issue with coaching is that very, very few are ready for it when offered, irrespective of the cost or their ability to pay for it.When you're new to real estate, you have several challenges:1) Inability to know which aspects to focus on2) Lack of Dealflow or opportunities to learn from.I know people who have tackled #1 by taking real estate training and passing their license exam but are clueless about the business or what makes a deal or even how to talk to prospects.I say you focus on the basics first: real estate fundamentals, theory, title, documents, escrow, valuation and financing.
