The 4plexes I've seen are scarrier:  like a mini-apartment-complex where I am  "the Man".  

Two others, a mini-storage and a development project, have been losers. 

Though I had a hard time convincing myself when I was pounding additional floor joists in place with a sledgehammer while laying on my back in the crawlspace.I have an investment in a mini-storage in Mobile AL that has retuned, maybe $1000 on an investment of $30K. 

This is a portion of the basement, see how the water (ankle deep, tenant says every time it rains) has eroded the bricks and water stains on the blocks, like a mini water fall?

Well, I've succeeded in writing another mini-book but mainly I'd say just always keep in mind there's politics invovled here, BUT its not tough at all to keep the city perfectly happy simply by being a decent owner/landlord, which also includes getting the best possible tenants, but that's something I think we hear a LOT, screening and selecting tenants to get the right ones, is HUGE!

The mini set back dormer on the garage helps too.

But the 'problems' with it are its on a mini triangular 0.06 lot, no yard, no garage, street parking only.

If so, don't I become a sort of mini-broker: Shopping my apps to my multiple sponsors?
