@Ken Min I would be up for that except the over 1hr commute to my current job and the fact that I genuinely want out of Austin more and more as the days go by.

I have seen mini-bubbles pop in  a few Houston suburbs when developers start building too quick.  

Well, I've succeeded in writing another mini-book but mainly I'd say just always keep in mind there's politics invovled here, BUT its not tough at all to keep the city perfectly happy simply by being a decent owner/landlord, which also includes getting the best possible tenants, but that's something I think we hear a LOT, screening and selecting tenants to get the right ones, is HUGE!

Outside of the obvious efficiency of running your “mini business”, meeting these specialists are important because they will know the area better than you.
