Conversely, if you sell your home (assuming you own) in Mission Viejo you're going to likely sell to owner occupants that will be more concerned with school districts that cash-on-cash return.That said, I think what's pertinent to you is that you have *something* in Memphis already.

Once the building has been stabilized and you have completed your cash out refinance, it's mission accomplished.

You could take the same approach but make sure you genuinely believe in the cause and are doing it for the right reasons (i.e. helping further the cause’s mission) vs trying to grow your biz, otherwise it will fall flat and won’t be fulfilling for you.By doing these simple things, you can build an investor network in your city that is perhaps stronger than any other network.

To that end, it would help you to write up a quick 1 page summary that you can give to a banker that gives your company name, a mission statement and some basic bullet points regarding what your strategy is.

What seems like our goal to start off, will change over time, either because you change your own lifestyle as you grow wealth or because you get different goals like doing things for others, family, non-profit work, community projects, church/mission work, etc.
