Assuming I live by myself in my 2 bd and don't rent out a room, I will be chipping in $1k per month to cover the remainder + $275 to cover vacancies / repairs.

Here in the BA, there are software, hardware, and chip design companies along side companies that are involved in biotech, pharmaceutical, banking, shipping, etc.

this thread turned into a lead paint discussion, so i will add to it...we give a handout that reads something like "property is from before 1978, so it may or may not contain lead". end of story.do not if it will be enough in court, and hope with all i've got i never have to find out.bottom line (i know it would never stand in court), why would the parents let a kid eat paint chips. but that's TOTALLY another topic. lol
