It was around early May, and though there are traffic, no lease has been signed.

Picture below.My big plan is, make driving range, build some retail stores , bar & grill inside, generate more revenue.Build a big golf complex so it can build foot traffics. 

Also go down the parkway on a sunny day like today and you will be stuck in traffic. 

It's more like explosion of money, but income actually stagnant as well hence these are weird combination.Actually in bay area we could see traffic more busy on tuesday than monday and friday.

I read apartment vacancy is still doing 92% in bay area, but they have to give concession , like one or two months free. office is pretty much dead.if you notice traffic pattern in bay , monday and friday is empty but traffic jam everywhere on tuesday and thursday.there's no way people would come back to work from mon to friday 9 to 5 again.i don't know about the future, but it's kinda scary, we in US live in borrowing times......

After he was successful in being more profitable than his neighbours (one thing he's done well with is driving traffic to his direct booking sites to cut out the host sites that take so much in fees) he started taking on investors that put the 20% down for say a DSCR loan.

Hmm, Will you be paying for the time spent driving in LA traffic to view the property for you?

I can definitely tell the traffic down in the area.I can keep you updated on how the cabin performs. 

Without diving deep on numbers, places like Wisconsin Dells and surrounding areas, Munising, MI for Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, anything near Mackinaw Island - Cheboygan and Saint Ignace, lake towns near Boyne/Boyne Mountain to get some summer and winter traffic, maybe something near Arcadia Bluffs that sleeps 10-12 to host larger groups coming on a golf trip.
