After the eviction, you normally are left with some of their possessions (which is super frustrating). at that point, you would need to store them for a bit (ask your attorney) and then you can toss them if the tenant doesn't pick them up.

If so they would have sold their house for (ultimately) $75,000 more than they did; received 9% interest (probably as much or more than if they invested the proceeds) on the amount they were waiting for, and if by some small chance the borrower/buyer defaulted, had an opportunity (along with the frustration, cost, etc) of reselling the property and obtaining a “windfall” profit.2.

The biggest thing that frustrates me most about the guru's is how most are not transparent about all things notes, yet they send post after post on LinkedIn or FB wanting you to watch a Podcast or something else about how much money they made on notes to get you sucked into their web.
