At one point in my career I was the point person on 30 Family Dollars a year in CA (due diligence -> construction completion) and it was insane hours each each but I gained a hell of a lot of experience that paid off in the long run.  

It may seem syndications do not earn till they exit.

Relatively small amounts of interest income ($1600+ per year) is the highest taxed form of income I have found if you have kids at home.After earning a few grand in interest, It takes away my child tax credits and gives me an effective tax rate of 70%.   

Some of them have converted to flips, but I do not do flips because it is a job (stop flipping, stop earning).  

(Btw I can’t believe anyone would give that tacky designer wearing clown their hard earned money) Clearly incompetent like every other Rad employee.

I have no idea why folks spend a ton of hard earned money on these "guru"  classes.
