I took some forms from a course, some leases I've signed over the years, and some hints from various websites and merged them into the lease I wanted, then had it blessed with the lawyer water.Id be happy to let you see it, but I make no claims that it will work for you, in every situation, or that it's legal in your area.

You might consider selling, your MIL can seller finance the place to you, the note will have a lower asset value than the property later on.....hint, hint, hint.

If you are hinting at leasing to this guy, at least pull the file and read through the testimony.

The interest is deductible from the rental income.Here's another hint: good rentals make money.
