I get the bragging rights of infinite returns,  but it's not like ROE is zero.

With BRRRR you can (theoretically) generate infinite returns, or practically speaking build a portfolio out of almost nothing. 

If you can cash out all of the 11%, your CoC will be infinite, even if cash flow is $1.I don't get it..

I have front loaded all of my risk, have the best units on the market, and got the deal for less than 25% down.Whats gone are the days of leaving 0% in the deal and getting infinite returns.
