Actually it was my CPA that used Legal Zoom him and he states that he works with them for a decade or more.So say they are not able to provide me what I want and given that no referrals allowed here, how can i find a shark RE attorney and check review about him/here?

So here comes the out of state trying to hire a contractor.. how do they do it how do they compete whoever has time slots right now in the trades and is not busy in todays market..???? 

I hate to base my choice on that but I also feel like I want to choose someone who listens to me rather than is just a shark hungry for the next commission.

I thought it could be a good idea to pay off one of my early small loans (or 1031 exchange etc) to free up a loan slot and find a fat expensive property to take its place.

He asked about seeing it at 10:00am, but I told him I already had a number of people coming, and it's better after 1:00PM as I didn't make any appointments for the time slot.

The same could be said about hard money loans vs regular loans (Think loan shark).  

Seems the ads weren't particularly effective in bringing in business for Zillow real estate agents and Zillow had to do something so the agents would keep advertising.One of the razor blade companies had a similar and brilliant concept.
