It is seamless and I don’t even have to think about it.

With the syncing of calendars on both sites, it's pretty seamless. 

@Kyle Falkenstein I use the waterproof/petproof lvp throughout and try to use a color that blends/hides well.

With comprehensive applications -- including pulled reports from TransUnion and nationwide criminal background checks + credit score + full credit history breakdown + eviction history -- the right platform should make it as seamless as possible for you if you're managing on your own.

One of the things Dan Ariely discusses in Predictably Irrational  is that when the two norms of Market Norms and Relational Norms are blended, some very odd things happen.
