ALL hype, telling us interviews for Mastery would begin and there was only a few slots open so everyone would not get in.

NO MEN allowed on the property at all... completely fenced in with razor wire on top.. armed 24 hour guard.. that's the only way you can run those .. and believe me the owner was Very proud of what he had and did.. if your up for that style of management then by all means folks should go for it.but if they think for a minute that this is going to be just hand it to some PM and they are going to handle 200 huds in one building OUCH>. is my experience but again depends where it is.

I think with the auctions going online you don't get the intimidation from the regular sharks who attended the actual auctions but you get much more activity and probably lots from out of towners - especially in a place like swfl - who will bid the properties up

I think the only time it would come into play is with some shark financiers who engage in nontraditional financing with high rates, and want to screw over an underwater property owner.

There are a few sharks I have met on BP that have burned me and I would out them but this is not a negative platform to do so.

Personally, I just use Property Shark.  

There is also a key slot and I have lockboxes in obscure places -- just in case.

It's been a year and a half since this thread and Barbara Corcoran, the founder of the 5 Billion dollar real estate company The Corcoran Group and real estate mogul from Shark Tank, just came out and listed my area, in fact the exact town I have been working in for a little under 3 years now, as the TOP area for real estate value in America.

For now, just realize the note waters are full of sharks, look to their agenda rather than what might be preached or "taught" as there are no note gurus truly teaching but rather devising a business plan and that plan isn't really for you or the "students".
