You have three big strikes against you:1) You're not a US citizen, neither do you have a visa that might even begin to hint at long-term residency (like a student visa or better).

I will give you a hint, his neighbors, mainly because of parking.

I tend to agree with Gloria here on the pattern of behavior hinting at a possible "professional tenant" that knows how to work the system (and live rent free for extended periods).

(And as for the last question, HINT, it isn't easy to get into good schools.)

It consolidates data much better than any service I had previously seen, and its transaction export is moderately useful (useable, at least) for getting data into tax prep software or other business expense software (hint: custom tag for each property!).

And hinted at the zoning, code enforcement, neighbor problems.
