hello, the ac system you may want to look into is called a mini split and yes they are modeled after euro models.

I've had my mini test market of "clients" (friends, biz associates and family) walk through the home and they all love what I've done with it.

Don't cheap out on all the furnishings and make it quiet, decent furniture/appliances, no mini fridges, etc.

I have found several parcels of land in my area that have multiple Mobile Homes on them, in essence they are mini Mobile Home Parks, but they aren't zoned as mobile home parks.
