@Terry Franseen I have not seen one (1) single review on the PINPOINT PROFITS software on BiggerPockets, arguably the most reputable REI site on the planet.

If so, that seems like a steal for any property short of a toxic dump, even if it needed work.

This can be risky, what if UC Berkeley stops being the #1 public university on the planet because they let the PC Police run too amok?

Every person on the planet needs three things to survive: food, water and shelter.

Rima and I keep people out of trouble with the highly-regulated toxic and hazardous materials - asbestos, lead, VOCs, soil and groundwater contamination, plus indoor air quality and the almost unregulated mold.  

I would like to agreed with everyone giving comments concerning those in need of Section 8 assistance for housing; in that, you have good, bad, and indifferent tenants no matter what their income level on this planet the poor, the needy, the meek, or the proud.

The magic of your network and opportunities will allow you to escape the prison planet faster.  

It doesn't really make a difference to the planet,  but it makes you feel better,  so I guess you can rationalize it that way.

I don't think there's a better place on the planet than New Zealand!

I mean we lost about 20 thousand houses in Wild fires last 3 years.I say we because I was born and raised in Northern CA and Silverado Country club got hit and lived there for 10 years 30 to 40 of my fellow club members lost their homes these are all 2 to 8 million dollar homes.they are now left with lots that take thousands to clean as they are toxic hazards.. and what i see is many even though well insured and many had their homes paid for.. they are just taking the insurance money and put the lot up for sale.. so we made an offer on a few lots in the 500 to 600k range with the idea to build a 3k sq house that will sell for 1000 a foot. so 3 million.. over in Coffee Park in Santa Rosa were 6k houses burnt down.. same thing many are not rebuilding this is basic starter housing in N Ca at 650 to 850k.. so lots there are selling in the 150k range.. although we believe there is going to be a flood of lots since many are taking their money and moving on..
