Oklahoma is close enough to the open Mexican border so there will be a constant population growth for immigrating families.  

The investors were in the UK so the SEC syndication rules did not apply.

Karen is correct, I immigrated with an E2 Visa and after analyzing a bunch of different businesses and franchises I ultimately chose Homevestors and am very happy I did. 

Absent changes at that level I'm a buyer in and coming out of this recession.Another macroeconomic trend to consider is immigration.
