The problem is that mobile home dealers/sellers/investors simply want to be excluded and there are too many sharks that have abused such lending practices and they do need to be regulated.

Unlike houses where any Joe can try out being a landlord, the calls I got were from other sharks trying out-shark me.I think with the right sized list, a deal could easily be put together, especially if you mention 1031 or other tax advantages the recipient might be interested in learning about.

I always say a bigger shark will eat up a smaller shark a store may no longer sell a product when it goes out of business but if the demand remains another store will step up and sell that product
