I also contacted another tree service to see how the issue should be handled and what discussion to have with the contractor.I am hoping someone knows:1. an ISA Certified Arborist in the Guilford County, NC area who can appraise the lost tree,and2. any advice on the conversation I should be having with the contractor, and what sort of damages I should reasonably be looking for. 

So poor me, it looks like I will be having to go to Hawaii twice a year instead of once.

We'll be having several similar events in the next few months!  

These properties have on-site offices that aren't utilized, and won't be having on-site management.

You might just be having some generalized stress and it's expressing itself through those dreams.

I like my tenants to think I am frugal so they won't be having rich tastes when they want a new fridge or fancy landscaping.

I actually WANT to see how the kids behave before they move in and dismantel the place for me.

You've been to the property so you know what they have there, you're working on flip so you have need of tools, and your request for a small second mortgage at a high interest indicates that may be having some money problems.
