It's happened to me on more than one occasion for sure. 

I understand that certain occasions simply require funds but for newbies like myself who don't have any extra money to begin with, it puts a damper on the group.

Am I over stepping my bounds by telling the tenant I'd prefer, on occasions when its more convenient, to enter the property to show prospects, even if they are not home?

Me: "Oh ok"Agent: "The house has been vacant for a long time, it's been broken into several times, cops have been called by neighbors at least on a couple of occasions, and the city has a pending lien on it due to unsafe dwelling"Me: "Oh..."
