I like working for someone like military just because they want things done and typically know what they want, also if you offer PM certs, that hints me that you give out scopes on your flips, up to what details, who knows.

taxes are high everywhere, especially in our bankrupt state. with the home values going down, the local govt still wants there $ (hint, schools) so they jack up the equalizer factor.run your total numbers. if they work, don't worry about all the fees. village nuisance nonsense is a just of fact of life with the govt.

I declined with fervor this time and he got the hint.   

Not that this is particularly BAD but it hints at less professionalism and something to hide. 

I will not hesitate to hint to the tenants if they are unhappy they are welcome to find another place.

I'll give you a hint on how that scenario plays out.

For me it's a little easier, because after ten years of rehabs I find most concerns before we write the offer - hint, spend some time to find an agent who knows more than you do.
