We also have an online 'holding deposit' form so tenants can go to our bank, make a deposit, then fill out the form, holding the apartment (our replying to the resultant email is required to seal the deal) - we manually screen right now, but have it setup so that we can change the link to go to a screening company so that the prospect is screened A to Z, then we get a report.4.
