If you re-side it is penny wise & pound foolish to not replace the windows at the same time because the install is easier and results more weathertight due to using a flange vs cutting it off for retrofit.

We bought primary homes in 2005 and 2006 in Phoenix, got pounded in 2008. 

Goal = "go to the gym five days a week" rather than "loose 20 pounds". 

hey @Shaun Morgan , I don't have too much experience in this field so DEFINITELY take my opinion with a pound of salt, but from my education in entrepreneurship and from what research on the topic I have done, when it comes to private investors it is less about what info you bring to the table on the first visit and more so how you approach the situation.

There are companies pounding my inbox that I should build out my brand, spend a bunch of money on videos, photos, design, Google marketing, affiliate sales, etc.... for a higher return and control of my own destiny.
