How do you know that Milk on sale is a good deal when you go to the super market?

Hello Jose,Wouldn't it be nice if all costs were as cut and dry as what you see in the supermarket?

Near I-10 and I-17, downtown; walking distance to schools and supermarkets. ~8 % CAP/ROI.

I have 3 plans: (1) Obtain a loan to renovate the property and open up a supermarket. (2) Search for a partner to develop the property, (3) Sell the property outright.

Go get some of the free Home Guides you find at the supermarkets, and get familiar with some of the different areas.

ie: a neighborhood where residents can walk to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment etc. without driving.Can you provide the street name and cross streets ?

Working at some fast food place, retail store, super market, etc is just a flat out waste of time.

Also, add to that that we're not going to be long term renters, so we're not super marketable!  

-HAZMAT mitigation-Additional plumbing installed and water consumption (commercial building usually has fewer bathrooms)-Neighbor protests to your re-development idea-Bringing an old commercial building up to modern residential codes (fire/ADA/safety/etc)-Are any amenities close by (industrial neighborhoods don't always have a supermarket or restaurants near by)?

Convenient onsite laundry, walking distance to supermarket, college and mall.
