Because of the location (centrally located to the main highway, supermarkets, restaurants, major mall), and the quality of the property (definitely higher end property, for a rental), I suspect that I'm not going to have a great deal of difficulty renting either unit, when one unit does become vacant. 

Do you have chickens in your back yard that you feed and care for so that every time you want an omelet go out and get some eggs from the chicken coop or do you just go to the supermarket and pick up a dozen?

They opened up a new Key Food Supermarket down the street from a flip we are working on in Newark.

It is very close to transportation and 8 minutes in the opposite direction there is a supermarket and will be a new shopping center in 2 years.
