I’m focusing on markets like South Carolina (Columbia, Spartanburg, Greenville), Ohio (Akron), and Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh).

In Pennsylvania, I am allowed to self manage my own properties (without being a licensed Realator) as long as I have % ownership in the company the deeds name is in.

I’m not sure all of the regulations/rules to this in PA though.

The next line item down under terms states: "Any notice to terminate this tenancy must comply with the applicable legislation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the "Act").
