I'm intrigued by the concept of this waiver but would love to hear from anyone who has experience with it.

The other disappointment as a prospective investor in PPR is that his book could not be more loving of leverage and the ability to maximize returns by using OPM.

I love working with their agents and financing team, yes, they are not the cheapest one but I've found good deals with them ( since then I bought more properties) and a good deal it's all you need.

I've also loved learning about the other 10 markets we operate in.I have two big goals.
