Trying to wrap my head around this being feasible while working so much at my w2. 

We've been head down for 5 years getting started with this portfolio, just starting to become an evangelist for sober living now that there's some proof in our business that it's impactful and profitable.

It's a dishonest promise.If you are in foreclosure, it sounds like you are either there or headed that way,  what you are encountering is a "foreclosure scheme" they are illegal in most places and for good reason.

That in itself is a skill and a needed over head component to keep from having investors get very antsy and then take to SM because they are not getting their e mails returned that day or next ..

So I just joined Buildium, spent hours setting everything up, it seems mostly pretty great, except one HUUUUGE issue that is making my head explode...they don't support credit card tracking?!?!?  

Stuff that may be a head scratcher as to "well why did they not mention this at all, I mean, holly-cow this changes everything". 

People just make sure they have all that they need when they head out.

Just a heads up, there is really no turn-key in real estate.
