I have  3 Rentals in Davenport I understand the market and is also getting crowded lots of new communities buing build and trafic is really bad now with that said In my moms community she also lives in Davenport there are lots of short time rentals/vacation rentals and they are always occupied good luck and fill free to contact me for more info I will be willing to ask my realtor for more info on that i haven’t look into short time in a year.
