I don’t  know you but in my experience those people have a fear or doubt in their own abilities and want to know if this will get them over that hump to reap benefits they’re looking for. example: I know plenty of people who swear by drinking apple cider vinegar every morning and the benefits - but that isn’t for me and that’s fine.

Although, there is really nothing to be feared as long as you know the laws and treat people fairly.As mentioned above, finding a quality renter is really where all the heavy lifting is done.

It was a nightmare with people sharing amenities and complaining one of the parties were being too loud, or drunk, etc.Not exactly comparing apples to apples but that turned me off to trying to do any more shared spaces. 

It's Like comparing apples to oranges.

Many won't lift a finger to do anything. 

Think of this similar to how you would invest in Apple stock.

Think of it another way, if you invest in apple stock and show up to a store asking questions or their office to ask questions and say you are an investor in the company - what type of response do you think you would get?
