I have bought and continue to read a number of BP books and spend every morning on the commute to work and on the treadmill at the gym digging through the podcasts.

In the addendum, I would add things like no smoking, no treadmills, etc.

I just didn't want to be the one sprinting on a treadmill, overworking to get no where.

Items include a desk, a treadmill, and some other random crap.

Minor stuff, maybe a rack of free weights, a benchpress, and a treadmill with a few full body mirrors and maybe a small TV.  

Once the newness of these buildings wears off, they will be on the turn-over treadmill just like their existing properties.Perhaps these landlords are resigned to turnover being an ummutable factor in their business model, where our goal is to reduce it to 5% or less.

By exercise I mean lift weights, do a treadmill, swim, box, jump rope or climb stairs. 

And the reward on the other end is financial freedom and flexibility that allows you to support your family and your dreams without running on that RVU treadmill and feeling like taking a vacation means losing money.

My idea: in addition to shared laundry facilities in the basement, what if I also set up a small shared gym (a treadmill/ bike/ rower/yoga area, etc) and a flat screen TV or two and maybe a sofa?

I can use the treadmill and listen to podcasts without the husband or the kids bothering me.
