I understand that Dutchtown is more of a cash flow play currently, but is there any appreciation on the horizon?

The CF is only playing catchup to the cost to you of the property. 

I would say you need to play to your strengths, whatever those might be.

Get a script, role play, and master it.

Good appreciation play.

Liberty is a prime suburb so more of an appreciation play.
