Other than grinding out another year or two and saving every last cent (while trying to start a family), I can't figure out a way to acquire property numero dos.

If you have a "numero de catastro" (a number assigned to each property) you could find info on the property.

Please note that if the intention is to rent the apartments out in an airbnb-style, there are additional Portuguese legislation and an AL number is required (Alojamento Local numero).

Problem numero uno is that too many people are going to college just because they think the diploma is the value and they don't have a particular desire for a path of learning to grow.Problem B is that too many people go into debt to get a college degree when other alternatives are present.

Its up to you if its worth it...If your looking for deal numero uno...just keep in mind that the realtors in this deal are going to make twice as much you with zero risk if you are lucky enough to make your worst case scenario happen and make something at all...best of luck
