There is this guy, Elan Musk, who to most people had this preposterous idea a decade+ ago of reclaiming and reusing rocket boosters.

The reality is most crashes have a quick recovery.The OP has an agenda and uses misleading statements (such as the companies that vanished when some were purchased at prices that returned great profits to the share holders) or outright falsehoods (17 years on average for a crashed stock to recover) to try to booster his agenda.My view is that money can be made on both stocks and RE. 

I'm still learning myself, but intentional education targeted towards your next move has proved to be a major confidence booster when making decisions.

From calculations, they should have a positive cashflow once rented and I'm keeping a positive booster the "brand new status" in my head.

I also have a wall mounted phone in the kitchen that has a sound booster on it.

When I do this it is a constant confidence booster.

I agree with what Duncan has said before about getting an LLC being an ego boosters,,,,thats about all it will accomplish, you can tell someone your corporation owns this, etc etc, but while your doing that you will be paying more in interest, probable more in insurance, and you will not be protected.

Being a Realtor and a Property Manager for over 30 years, and the need for the internet we all have, but if your TENANT is having problems with her accessibility to Netflix, this is not your problem as a landlord, you have provided the service and have made sure that the service works on multiple occasions, if she needs something else stronger then I would suggest you let her and her helicopter father know that you have complied with the lease and if they feel the need for additional technology to access what she needs then they can call the Geek Squad and get a booster.
