It looks nice, but not overpriced, so I am professional without appearing to flaunt my wealth.

I imagine if you just stick a sign in the yard and don't publicly flaunt the fact that you're renting it out, it may be ok.

If you are looking to sell pretty houses to primarily retail buyers, I'm not in a great position to offer you advice.I have worked with professionals that drive fancy cars and flaunt them, but they don't have a clue what they need to do as a professional.  

Really wealthy people don't flaunt what they have, they conserve, protect and manage their image as well as their wealth.

@Matthew Beharrysingh I only own a rock at the bottom of the mountain, but here is my thought's on this whole wake up early thing.A lot of hype and flaunt in the business world is put into how early a person wakes up.

Might think of wholesalers working underground, more like a black market, they don't flaunt what the do in front of regulators.

Flaunting lush lawn, a fresh designer paint scheme, and chic front door.

They certainly are not here flaunting their story, but I'm guessing it IS the majority.

I don't need to spend more more money to flaunt my success.

PS - while I agree with much of the anti-agent short sale sentiment, I would be careful about flaunting it.
