The mattresses are covered first with a waterproof/bugproof encasement, then with a contoured mattress pad, then with a fitted sheet.

Aren’t they meant to contour to the sleeper (hence the word memory) which doesn’t work too well when the sleeper changes every night?

The luxury vinyl plank was around $4/sq ft, the Lowe's planks were much cheaper...but I can't remember how much.Both of these houses are crawl space and the planks are very flexible so they contour to the slightly uneven floor.  

I've used vinyl plank in commercial applications and it follows the contours of the substrate fairly well.

My husband is a Loan Officer with Contour Mortgage, I think we all could grab a coffee or something a share advice and stories at some point.

Clear 3" around the edges of the lawn, mound to crate some contours with the excess, throw down some heavy landscape fabric, and bring in some nice desert looking rock.

I find, when installed with care, these create a good liquid barrier and will contour to a floor that might have some undulations in it from settling or the like.

They are also warm,  follow the contour of the floor and are self install. 

I used a jigsaw and contour gauge for the cuts around corners / fixtures.Can be installed over previous laminate / tiling if the floor is even.The pics are attached so you can see how it looks - it was cheap enough to put in a C class rental that hadn't been updated in over a decade, and durable enough that I won't have to worry about it for another decade.

The first and most important thing is contouring the slope away from the house.
