I have a basic knowledge of real estate 2 home purchases/rahabs (NM & CA) and 1 sale in CA.

Their answers are always along the lines of "no money down" or "you can use it basically an unlimited amount of times".

Company's and Regulators are cracking down on how texting can be used, and soon it will basically be illegal or too expensive to stay in compliance.
