You can try to attend virtual events, many real estate meetups and events offer virtual options.

The best thing you can do is listen to the BP podcasts, read through some of the forums and attend some local meetups to connect with other investors.

Besides reading and listening to podcasts, my wife and I attend a local real estate investor meetup that has been extremely beneficial. 

The property is always a close second, and the borrower must always make money.I attended a real estate club recently where they played “Shark Tank.”

I will be attending your meetup tonight, would love to get in contact and talk/learn from you 

I definitely plan to attend some in person meet-ups.
