There are so many different wildlife creatures to see, that if you are an animal lover, you could spend months seeing new animals every day.  

But I still love real estate, just  getting away from landlording. 

You can get into a bunch of properties with that much money, but honestly unless you just really love RE I'd be pretty tempted to find a couple of decent dividend funds and just harvest the returns.

As pet lovers ourselves, we typically like to meet your pets at some point in the process, too.

I’ve had great experience with private landlords in the past, and have found fellow pet lovers that didn’t charge pet rent, or accepted my larger dog (when he was alive) to live in an apartment without hassle.

Finally able to actually start executing on some thoughts — and figured I need a network of folks that love real estate investing as much as I do.

We moved it to a 1 night minimum because we were having trouble filling weekend slots, which was rare for our listing.

I had a pretty successful career doing that and made good money but, it was not my passion, I love real estate and everything about it the good and the bad.
