Because this was an area thriving in the 90s, schools in the area are older and haven't been invested in as much as some other areas since a large proportion of the residents of Castle Hills is without school aged children.Enjoy your week and Happy Investing!"

I have taken a crappy job just to avoid the social stigma of being unemployed, no thrive, not even to financially tread water, just to earn 1/2 of the money I need to survive.I promise myself before I die, I will succeed, no matter  what.

Or the economic demographics in the area is changing for the negative.There are some that thrive with these cheap properties.

Competition is good, it is a sign of a thriving industry.

Doesn't sound like a TK to me...... please post the name of the company you worked with...a business like this should thrive or die based on their reputation.
