There are a number of different sectors here that seem to be thriving. 

Tourists don't contribute to a thriving community the same way long term residents do.

For sure thriving economy and strong appreciate market (but isn’t crazy appreciation or price like LA NY types).

An agricultural use, farm, field crops, garden, greenhouse, nursery and a truck garden; 3.

It was in an up-and-coming part of town, close to a thriving downtown Denver and City Park.

I would like to set up a monthly meet up for  Middle TN brokers, investors, realtors, real estate companies, title/insurance people, really anyone who is interested in looking into collaborative efforts to do some multifamily/commercial investment type deals in this ridiculously thriving market.

For any investor who wants to flip homes during a downturn, it can help to gain a little knowledge about buyer behavior, how to make properties appealing when the market isn't thriving, and how to manage a flip so that it could be profitable.
