Hello @Dawn Anastasi .. oh wow..unfortunately this comes with the territory.

I'm not sure if my gut is telling me no because this is a bad idea or I'm just cringing because this is new and unknown territory for me and I should move forward!

I’d like to say we plan to hold long term, however, given this is our first time venturing into landlord territory-we feel comfortable right now with ability to sell if needed.
